Win the first trick with the Ace. Play the JH to the QH(!), A and K. Lead a small club towards the Q - up goes the K and the 9D returned. Win with the K and lead the H5 - West puts in the 8(!!). Win with the 9 and play a heart to West's 10. You now have 11 tricks on any return. West actually returned a diamond to Declarer's 8, but that extra trick was superfluous to requirements. Easy wasn't it!
